The Canon PowerShot SX40 HS is anew advanced point and shoot digital camera that provides more than just the usual features. It is a versatile digital camera armed with the Canon HS System that enhances low light image capturing performance combined with the Canon DIGIC 5 image processor and a 12.1MP CMOS sensor. It comes with a 24mm ultra wide angle lens capable of 35x optical zoom. It also comes with a 2.7 inch Vari-Angle LCD display for convenient viewing at any angle. Being able to record video in 1080p Full HD completes its basic features. The Canon PowerShot SX40 HS Digital Camera is set to be available any time now. It is expected to cost around US$430.
