Samsung SyncMaster Series 6 LCD panels with LED backlight

Samsung has announced to bring SyncMaster Series 6 monitors to European market. The new series includes three models: 24-inch S24A650D LED, S24A650S LED and 27-inch S27A650D LED. All of them are based on MVA type panels and are equipped with LED backlight, as indicated by the abbreviation LED in the title.

Resolution of the LCD matrix of the four monitors is the same and is 1920 x 1080 pixels. In addition, all devices have a response time of 8 ms, contrast ratio of 3000:1 and a brightness of 300 cd / sq. All three monitors feature D-Sub, DVI and DisplayPort input, but S24A650S model also features built-in stereospeakers and 2-port USB hub. Convertible Monitor Stand allows you to adjust tilting turning and height of the screen, as well as transfer the LCD panel from horizontal orientation to vertical mode and vice versa (so-called pivot function). Finally, it is noted that all monitors in SyncMaster Series 6 come with an integrated proximity sensors(which allow you to turn the monitor off if the user is absent at the table) or based on light conditions.

New items will be available in Europe in late August. The price of S24A650D LED will be about 319 Euro, S24A650S LED will cost 329 Euro and S27A650D LED -
