Dell has recently introduced the Dell Vostro V131 Laptop designed for its small business customers. This laptop provides features that would provide the needs of business owners in terms of productivity and computing power despite its slim, and thin profile. It is considered to be the lightest and slimmest laptop under the Vostro line.
The Dell Vostro V131 features either a Intel Core i3 or i5 processor. This laptop also comes with 2GB DDR3 SDRAM, 13.3 inch HD LED Display, a 320GB SATA hard drive, and an integrated 1MP HD webcam. It also comes with a 4-cell Smart lithium ion battery that can be upgraded into a 6-cell version that can boost battery life up to 9.5 hours.
As a business laptop, the Dell Vostro V131 also supports Intel WiDi which allows users to wirelessly stream presentations and videos to Intel WiDi enabled digital projector or HDTV. The Dell Vostro V131 that will be released on September will come with the My Business Toolkit, a suite of business software and services that will help provide useful business tools for customers. It will also come with Micro Worry-Free Business Security Services for 15 months of anti-virus protection, Dell DataSafe for automatic data back-ups. But the Dell Vostro V131 is now available at Dell for a base price of US$449.
