
It is official: The BlackBerry Bold 9930 is coming to Verizon, as confirmed by its official website.
This smartphone features a very slim 0.41-inch profile, full QWERTY keypad, a 2.8-inch VGA touch screen with 640 x 480 resolution, 1.2GHz Qualcomm 8655 single-core processor, 768MB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage with microSD card slot, a 5-megapixel camera, and a NFC antenna embedded in the battery cover. It also comes with BlackBerry 7 OS, which has voice-activated search and fast browsing capabilities.
Verizon Wireless users can order their very own BB Bold 9930 now at its online store for only $249.99 with a two-year contract, or $509.99 without a contract. No word yet on when this phone will arrive in physical stores, though rumors circulate that August 25 could be the big day.
